Bring in players and test results you already have in Google Sheets or Excel. Any layout with one row per player per testing day works — names down the side, tests across the top. Nothing is saved until you check it in step 2.
In Google Sheets, select your cells (including the heading row), copy, then paste here.
Google Sheets: File → Download → Comma-separated values (.csv), or copy and paste.
Columns it understands: player name, squad/team, test date, year of birth (or a date of birth: only the year is kept), sex, player code, and any number of tests.
We keep the year of birth only. The day and month are not saved. It's optional: leave it out and the squad's age group is used.
Times like 4:52 are read as seconds.
2 Check how it was read
Each column has a box underneath its heading. Green = matched to a test you already have, gold = will be added as a new test, grey = ignored. Change any box that's wrong.
Tabs to bring in
This file has more than one tab. Tick every tab with results you want; each player's results are joined onto one row.
About each new squad
For every new squad in this file, pick its age group, sport and whether it's a men's, women's or mixed squad. The age group decides the standards (under-16 squads get extra protections); the sport gives the right pitch and words in the other apps. You can change them later in Squad Dashboard.
